《긁》 차규선 개인전

PINPOINT ART CENTRE는 두 번째 전시로 차규선의 《긁》을 선보인다.

차규선의 작업은 캔버스 표면이 마르기 직전, 단 한 번의 호흡으로 결정된다.

지울 수도, 덧칠할 수도 없는 이 찰나의 흔적에는 작가가 지난 30여 년간 쌓아온 고뇌와 숙련이 깊게 새겨져 있다.

《긁》은 실제 표면을 긁어내는 파열음(grrk)이자,

작가가 삶에서 마주한 벽과 한계를 뚫어내기 위한 치열한 몸짓이다.

 GRRK — CHA KYU SUN Solo Exhibition

PINPOINT ART CENTRE presents GRRK, a solo exhibition by CHA KYU SUN, as its second exhibition.

CHA KYU SUN’s work is decided in a single breath—at the moment the canvas surface is about to set.
In these fleeting marks—impossible to erase or paint over—more than three decades of anguish and mastery are deeply inscribed.

GRRK is the rupture-sound of scraping a real surface and a fierce gesture to break through the walls and limits the artist has faced in life.
